Fall Property & Leaf Cleanup
Keep your property tidy throughout autumn and prepare it for winter. MJ Landscaping gathers fallen leaves from lawns, accessible garden beds and hard surfaces, then bags eligible materials for on-site collection.
What's Included
- Blowing and gathering fallen leaves from front, back and side lawns
- Clearing accumulated leaves from accessible garden beds
- Removing leaves from driveways, sidewalks, patios and walkways
- Collecting loose leaves and small eligible yard debris
- Bagging collected leaves and yard waste
- Leaving bagged materials neatly at your designated collection location
- Final property blowdown and cleanup
From leaf cleanup in Kirkland and Pointe-Claire to fall yard cleanup in Dollard-des-Ormeaux and property cleanup in Beaconsfield, we serve homeowners across the West Island of Montreal.
Standard estimates cover one scheduled cleanup visit unless additional visits are explicitly included in your agreement. Scheduling depends on weather conditions and the progression of leaf fall.

Additional services are assessed individually and quoted separately.
Yard Waste Handling
Standard cleanup services include collecting and bagging accepted leaves and yard waste, left on-site at your designated location for municipal collection.
Off-site transportation and disposal are not included. If you need off-site removal, we discuss it separately, subject to feasibility and an individual quote.
Municipal collection rules vary by location. Bags, containers and placement must follow local requirements; acceptance of all collected materials cannot be guaranteed.
