How Seasonal Service Works
MJ Landscaping’s seasonal lawn maintenance runs from May 1 through October 31 and includes 18 scheduled mowing visits. Visit frequency is adjusted according to seasonal grass growth and weather conditions, with more frequent service during peak growing periods and reduced frequency during slower-growth periods.
Pricing & Property Conditions
Package prices are starting prices and are based on normally maintained residential properties. Final pricing depends on lawn size, property layout, access, trimming requirements and overall service needs.
Additional services such as grass clipping bagging/removal, excessive overgrowth, hedge and shrub trimming, weed removal, garden-bed work, aeration, dethatching, seeding, fertilization, mulch/soil installation, tree work and haul-away/disposal are not included unless specifically stated in the customer’s quote.
Properties that are excessively overgrown at the beginning of the season may require a one-time initial cleanup before seasonal maintenance begins. Additional cleanup labour beyond the included allowances in the Complete package will be quoted separately.
